Who we are

What we collect, and when

When you send us a form

The contact and audit forms ask for your name, phone number, email, business name and type, budget and a message. With the form we also store the page you sent it from, your language, the site you came from, your browser's user agent and any campaign (UTM) tags in the link. We use this only to reply to you and to prepare for your call. Form entries are stored in our database hosted by Supabase.

When you run the Instant Marketing Audit

The audit sends the business name, city, Google Business Profile link and platforms you enter to our server, which asks Anthropic's Claude AI to write the audit. We do not store those inputs; they are processed to produce your result. Anthropic processes them under its own commercial terms.

When you book or call

Booking a call opens Calendly, which collects what you enter on its page under its own privacy policy. Calls and texts go through your phone carrier as usual.

Analytics and advertising on the website

The website (not the app) uses Google Tag Manager, which can load Google measurement and advertising tags such as Google Analytics and Google Ads, plus the Meta Pixel, the OpenAI Ads pixel and Vercel Web Analytics, to measure visits and the results of our own ads. Review widgets come from Trustpilot. These tools may set cookies or read device identifiers and are run by those companies under their own policies. You can block them with your browser's privacy settings or a content blocker without losing any part of the site.

The iPhone app

The app contains the same pages and tools as the website but none of the analytics or advertising tags above, and it does not track you across other apps or websites. It sends data only when you submit a form, run the audit, book a call or tap a link that leaves the app. Forms sent from the app are marked as coming from the app and don't include your browser details or the site you came from. The marketing tools in the app (calculators, UTM builder, image resizer and others) run on your device; what you type into them stays there.

Stored on your device

Your theme and language choice are saved in your browser or app storage so they stay set next time. Nothing in that storage identifies you.

What we don't do

We don't sell or rent your personal information, and we don't share it with anyone except the service providers named above who help us run the site and reply to you.

How long we keep it

We keep form entries while we're talking with you and for our business records afterwards, unless you ask us to delete them sooner.

Your choices and rights

You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, by emailing info@iskakan-marketing.com or calling (747) 334-2688. California residents have these rights under the CCPA; we honor them for everyone. We won't treat you differently for asking.

Children

The site and app are for business owners and are not directed to children under 13. We don't knowingly collect their information.

Changes

If we change this policy, we'll update it here and change the date at the top.
