Before you commit

Do you provide CRM access?
No β€” your leads go to your CRM (Follow Up Boss, Dotloop, Salesforce, whatever you use). You maintain complete control and data ownership. We integrate with your system, not replace it.
What MLS/IDX access do I need?
You need an active MLS license and IDX agreement with your local board. We'll help you set up IDX on your website and build neighborhood pages from MLS data.
Is there a limit on how many listings I can run ads for?
No. We run rotating listing campaigns. Prioritize 3–5 "hero" listings with video and premium placement, then rotate others through regular campaigns as they're active.
How do you attribute deals to the campaigns?
