Review Reply Generator
A good reply to a review takes a few minutes most owners do not have. Pick the stars, tick what the customer mentioned, and get three replies that sound like you wrote them. They are built from templates on this page, not an AI, and nothing you type leaves your device.

Three replies
Edit a reply freely before you copy it. Changing anything on the left writes three fresh ones.
Ground rules
- Reply within a day or two, to good reviews and bad ones.
- Keep it short. Two to four sentences is plenty.
- Never offer a discount, refund or gift for changing or removing a review.
- Never share private details: account info, order history or anything they did not post themselves.
- Take problems offline. A name and a number, not a debate.
How to use it, and why it matters
Paste, pick, polish
Paste the review if you have it and we tick the topics it mentions. Check the stars, add their first name and yours, then pick the reply that sounds most like you. Change a word or two so it is yours, and paste it into Google, Yelp or Facebook.
People read the replies too
Someone choosing between two shops reads your replies as closely as the reviews. A calm, specific answer to a 2-star review shows them how you will treat them if something goes wrong, and a quick thank-you on every 5-star review shows the lights are on.
Calm, short, never a trade
Do not argue in public, do not offer anything for a changed review, and do not mention anything the customer did not post. Dental and medical offices: never confirm that someone is a patient. Our local SEO service can handle review replies for you.
